Returning a bike(25/10/2012)
If you experience any problems, wait for 2 minutes and check the terminal:
If the terminal offers you the option of renting the bike, this means that you have locked the returned biked correctly and that you are free to go.
If the terminal signals you have rented the bike, this means that your bike isn't correctly locked. Try locking it to the stand again. If you have problems returning your bike into the floor lock, lift the seat of the bike and drive the bike into the lock at an angle.
If there is no free stand at the stop, bring your Urbana card to the terminal in order to obtain an additional 15 minutes for free. This way, you can find a nearby stop with available locks.
